Universal Center for Development (UCD) is a 501©(3) non-profit organization established for metropolitan area adults ages 18 and over. Our mission is to preserve, advance and promote opportunities in vocational trades, and marketable skills for persons with disabilities, high school drop outs, individuals re-entering society after incarceration, displaced workers, unemployed and underemployed persons.
