Founded in 2004, the Universal Center for Development (UCD) is a District of Columbia non-profit corporation, established for the metropolitan area adults ages 18 to 30. Our mission is to preserve, advance and promote opportunities in vocational trades, and marketable skills for persons with disabilities, high school drop outs, individuals re-entering society after incarceration, displaced workers, unemployed persons and underemployed persons. |
